2-component epoxy primer with zinc dust - matt

Description

is used as an anticorrosive primer on shot blasted metal surfaces for C3-C5 corrosion environment conditions. Surfaces coated with this primer must not be disposed to atmospheric conditions for long term. The following layer – intermediate layer and enamel – has to be applied within 2 days.

Thinner: S 6300
Hardener: S 7300 with mixing ratio 4:1
Informative coverage rate: 6 – 8 m²/l, 2,5 – 3,5 m2/kg  at thicknees 60 – 80 µm
Drying: touch dry: 1h, repaint after: 5 h
