Description

is used as an anticorrosive primer for steel metal surfaces in corrosion environments C3-C5. It is recommended to be repainted by 3-component polyurethane paints or temporarily can be used for corrosion protection as a single-layer paint (topcoat). Depending on a coating system and corrosion environment, DFT of 75-150 μm is recommended.

Thinner: S 6300

Informative coverage rate: 5 – 6 m²/l, 4 – 5 m2/kg, at thickness 80 – 100µm

Drying: touch dry: 2h, repaint after: 24 h with hardener S 7301 (aprox. 1h)

Hardener:

S 7300 for hardening at > 10 °C
S 7301 for hardening at 0 – 10 °C
S 7302 for hardening of paints resistant to chemicals and for contact with dry food and cereals

Hardening ratio:

100 weight units 3 volume parts  of S 2302 : 1 weight units of S 7300
100 weight units 6 volume parts of S 2302 : 1 weight units of S 7301
100 weight units 10 volume parts of S 2302 : 1 weight units of S 7302
